FLOWOOD – Doug Falcon, grand knight of the Knights of Columbus Council at St. Paul Parish, presents a donation to Karen Giordano of Birthright of Jackson alongside Deacon Tony Schmidt. Birthright provides free pregnancy tests, confidential support and connections to resources for women and families facing an unexpected pregnancy. Giordano said the organization accompanies mothers, babies and fathers throughout pregnancy and after a child’s birth, helping families access services such as employment and child care assistance. The non-denominational organization has received support from the St. Paul Knights of Columbus for more than a decade as part of the council’s commitment to protecting and supporting human life.
