Party for children
COLUMBUS — Annunciation Parish youth will host a Christmas party for St. Vincent de Paul children Sunday, Dec. 18. Decorating begins at 2 p.m. in the activities center. The party will be from 3 - 5 p.m. Participants are asked to bring a dessert to share with the children.
The CYO party and gift exchange will be held after the St. Vincent de Paul children’s party. Participants are asked to bring a wrapped, gender-neutral gift for the gift exchange. Activities include a dinner and a movie.
All students in second-eighth grades interested in singing in the choir at the 5:30 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass, Saturday, Dec. 24, must attend the 11 a.m. - noon rehearsal that day. For information call Barbara Calland, 662-328-7300.
Christmas celebration
GREENVILLE — St. Joseph Parish junior and senior CYO will go Christmas caroling at nursing homes Sunday, Dec. 18, from 3:15 - 4:45 p.m.
The youth will attend the 5:30 p.m. Mass and afterwards will have their Christmas party in the parish hall. Participants are asked to wear colorful clothing and a Santa hat and bring an appetizer and a $5 wrapped gift to play Dirty Santa.

HOLLY SPRINGS — Holy Family School will hold its annual Christmas program Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 7 p.m.
Youth choir practice
JACKSON — Holy Family Parish youth choir will practice Thursday, Dec. 22, at 5:30 p.m. for the 4 p.m. Vigil Mass on Christmas Day.

Christmas program
JACKSON — St. Therese Parish is inviting children of all ages to participate in the Christmas program Saturday, Dec. 24, at 4 p.m. Sign-up sheets are in the gathering space.
Practice is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 18, between the 8 and 11 a.m. Masses.
New class time
MADISON — St. Francis of Assisi Parish religious education youth classes will continue Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at 6:15 p.m. (new time).
Worship On Wednesday (WOW) will resume Jan. 4, 2012, with sports night.
All confirmation candidates will attend an overnight retreat at Camp Garaywa Jan. 14-15, 2012.
