DREs, CREs meet Jan. 20 in Jackson

         JACKSON — Jeanne Howard, new diocesan director of the Office of Faith Formation, is inviting all catechetical leadership (DRE and CRE for parishes and schools) in Deanery I to a meeting at St. Richard Parish Friday, Jan. 20, beginning with Mass at 8 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m.
        This will be her first meeting with catechetical leaders in Deanery I. For those who a weekday meeting time is not good, she has suggested another parish could host a meeting in the evening or on a Saturday in Deanery I.
        Howard is planning a meeting for each deanery. Those who would like to host one of these gatherings should call or email Howard, 601-960-8470.
        She said she is very excited about having the opportunity to meet all leaders in the next few months and hearing about all the things happening and how smight best serve them.
