Service honors Dr. King
JACKSON — “A Vision Fulfilled: The Changing Face of America,” an interfaith service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be held Sunday, Jan. 11, at 3 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostle.
The keynote speaker will be Father Manuel Williams, CEO of Resurrection Catholic Missions and pastor of Resurrection Catholic Church of Montgomery, Ala.
Bishop Joseph Latino will officiate. The event, sponsored by the Diocese of Jackson, is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
