Benedictines plan retreats Nov. 16-18
at monastery in Cullman, Ala. The Benedictine Sisters Retreat Center will offer two retreats Nov. 16 - 18 at Sacred Heart Monastery in Cullman, Ala.
“Seeking God. The Benedictine Way of Living”
An opportunity for single Catholic women age 18-45 to experience the Benedictine way of life. Participants will share in the prayer and community life of the Benedictine Sisters and have time to reflect and pray about their future.
An invitation to come and see what our way of life is all about without the pressure of making a decision. There is no charge for the weekend. However, donations will be accepted.

2. 12th annual Healing Grief Retreat
The retreat will begin on Friday, Nov.16, at 7:30 p.m. through Sunday, Nov. 18, ending at 1 p.m.
The retreat will be led by the Rev. Carl Malm, grief minister and healthcare chaplain, and Margaret Anne Whitsett and Maggie Little of the grief ministry of First United Methodist Church in Huntsville, Ala..
